SJUTFJ v2.2 Now Available! (Bug fix + some minor changes)

Announcing a minor update for Super Jacked Up Tomato Face Johnson to take care of a couple of bugs plus a couple of other things.
Here are the changes:

- Redid entire level select menu code to actually remove bug where world map level selection doesn't update soon enough when moving around the map
- '?' in "100% Club ?" in end map screen turns into '!' when the player gets all stars
- Polished Levels 4, 5 and 18
- Removed rare bug where player gets stuck in collision when teleporting in science lab section of Level 18
